Mis-en-scene

For the shooting, I used my favorite tank-top with one of my favorite quotes 'sleep later'. I figured that I could you my this quote for the title of the film opening because they both portrayed the message that I am trying to give out through this film opening. I want to show all the tension but also all the stress relief that this movie will have through the film opening. I didn't want to show anything fancy in my clothes, I just want it to portrayed a normal person going to the gym with a goal.
